Aleksandar Angelov

I am a 3rd year Electronics and Electrical Engineering student and I am keen on working towards a more sustainable and space exploration-oriented future. I have over 100 hours combined of developing solutions with SolidWorks and the Cadence OrCAD suite. However, I not only enjoy designing with these tools, but also love to write the algorithms, which will control the embedded devices, interacting with the hardware. My current interests include substation control and automation, mostly relay protection, and tackling the problems that arise in the microgrid from the ever-growing blurring of the consumer-producer boundary. In my spare time I read about arising trends, promising products and groundbreaking discoveries, which would change the course of humanity. I also devote a fair bit of my spare time on progressing with my own projects and cooperating with my teammates from the Robotics Society on more demanding ones.
